MOUNTAIN BIKE TOUR: VALLEJO
We start our most popular ride at our bike shop in downtown Puerto Vallarta. This "all levels" ride begins with a nice warm-up along the Cuale River for 5 km. You will see the typical way of life as we pass through the local villages along the river. After the villages, we keep riding for another 5km on dirt road, this time along the Vallejo River.
As we climb the undulating countryside, the Sierra Madre jungle thickens until we get to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area. At this spot you can dive, swim or simply relax. A cool break! You can have fun on the way back, this time going "mostly" downhill.
Recommended for: All levels of bikers with good fitness base

“Great Morning Ride!”
Two buddies and I staying in Zona Romantica wanted to get out and get some exercise. Emailed from home in North Vancouver and Brittany was back with answers about the rides within minutes. With two of us not having much technical experience we did the Vallejo ride. Our guide Golo was great, coaching one of our riders on proper breathing going up into the hills and cheerfully fixing my flat tire on the way back down!. We will definitely be back!

“Awesome adventure!”
I talked another woman in our travel group into going for a mtb ride with me and we had a blast. Brittany was awesome! We did the Vallejo ride and enjoyed every minute of it. I am a road racer with very limited mtb experience and this ride was perfect. The only change I might make next time would be to upgrade to the full suspension, because of all of the cobblestones in town. We ended up at a beautiful waterfall and watched Brittany jump right in. I hope we can make it back to Puerto Vallarta, as I would love to do this again. Thank you Brittany for a fun day in the saddle! This was my favorite part of our trip
